I only say potential.

This date can be claculated each year from a lunar perspective and we don't crash every year.

All the important crashes have made the major low or a low at this time though.

Regardless, I am still wary until Nov 6 in the US.

I think we probably need to get to below 3500 to complete a decent pattern but if market behavious signals otherwise then I will follow the market.
