sounds like the company said the dfs timeline is tight and it may drift in to early q2. So it is going to be late q1 or early q2. Patersons have not expressed that very well just throwing it into the q2 basket. The managemnet did not say to them will be q2 and certainly didnt say q2 sometime like later in q2. Patersons have been irresponsible in putting it in their report in this manner and as highlighting it as a risk. If the dfs turns up in the first weeks of q2 how is that a risk as Patersons characterised it in their report?
The kah cap raising certainly hasnt been the guide for the share price and I doubt it will be if it is passed there is too much else going on
