In isolation it might pass the pub test, but I doubt anyone likes the idea of being maligned in the public view with patent lies. Then again plenty of people seem to delight in seeing victims of liers ........ the kind of people who turn up at a good hanging.
There seems to be a pattern occurring with Morrison becoming a blather mouth, or perhaps we are getting to see him without emperor's clothes. I'm guessing his bombastic speeches might be irritating to the kind of people we should be handling with kid gloves.
