One thing that I did learn from the conversation I had with the co on monday is that they had internally hoped "to have everything tied up before christmas, but sometines things just don't work out nicely like that". Or words to that exact effect.
So yeah, I can't see how it is possible for all this to be going on and there being a big roadblock in the way such as what Chambers alluded to in his article.
