"is it just commsec showing a news icon for WCL today or is it on all broker's platforms?"

Commsec has had news flagged everyday for 9-11 months for westside. Have complained numerous times and had calls back saying they are working on the issue and its still occuring. Also i think SDL and a couple of others as well have the same glitch.
Pretty hopeless thay are at fixing bugs in the system.
Six months ago i said to the IT guy that probably not too much of a concern as westside will be taken over shortly......here we are six months later and no change!!!
