I haven't been able to figure out why it's politically acceptable to scuttle a boat, yet unbelievable that kids were thrown in the sea.
The end result is that someones actions, forced someone else into the water.
To put it bluntly, if someone torches a building, resulting in an occupant leaping from the building, who is responsible?
What, the defense will claim that the arsonist is innocent because he did not physically push the occupant out of the burning building?
