"The Company has invested $250,000 (at 3p per share on 4th September 2008) in
shares in Magyar Mining Ltd, an exploration company incorporated in the United
Kingdom. Mr Andrew Kent who is a director of Magyar Mining Ltd and is also a
Director of the Company. The transaction occurred prior to Mr Kent's appointment
as a Director of the Company on 8 June 2009. A further $100,000 was invested in
Magyar Mining on 1 October 2009 (at 3p per share). Magyar Mining Ltd is the
holder of the Lahoca gold and copper project in Hungary."
