    that sounds about right as timing is perfect for it to happen that way.
    I also beleive once they have delivered the BFS to Shougang at the end of this month Shougang will give the go ahead earlyer than expected to go ahead becuase they will be keen to reduce there reliance on BHP and the likes as soon as possible.
