HR, I think it is more friendly than foe holding it down. If it runs, any low ball raise looks like a bargain for insiders and holders will get even more jacked than they are with these guys, also if it runs up its even harder to place higher as not enough profits in it for insiders, and if it falls then harder to place as well, they can just buy on market. thus why .022c range has held IMO. wish they would just put holders out of the misery and get on it and then let the SP move, for once.
yesterday morning there were hardly any sellers, now a wall has been put up, and support at .2c and .019c to try and stop a fall.
