I think that Gianello may be making a big mistake. He may think that the excuse that they "were doing it for a good cause'" might get him some sympathy. if that is what he is thinking, he won't earn even one run.
Overall, it appears that the company is doing well in its efforts to claw back the funds that were misappropriated.
We need to close the books on this affair and focus on immediate matters at hand, i.e. retinoic acid, oxymorphone, oxycodone, diclofenac, and mastitis.
Where's that new CEO, anyway? I think that the market has gone slow while waiting for that ann.
