They can't borrow money to continue for a few reasons....one is reputation....I'm told in the eyes of a few suitors they have approached that they are of the opinion they are frauds and liars. Second, there appears to be an issue with opening the books to audit to satisfy a lender.....Im afraid someone has to save them...
