Funny that although they are low on cash, the directors still pay themselves before anything else.
The investment isnt guaranteed until all the boards of directors and legal teams sign off on the terms. If the finance doesnt come pretty soon after the terms are agreed on (expected early December) they will probably need another placement - so they can finance their staff christmas party.
