    Asteroider, or anyone else who might be bothered, can you explain how the underwriting of this options works and how this is related to the sp capping?

    I'm guessing that a cartain large bank has put a cap on the current sp and by underwriting the options, guaranteed themselves a large parcel of shares for 45c.
