Whether fluoride is deadly depends on how much water you drink and for how long.

I know humans are not rats (well some are) but rats are often used as human proxies in scientific experiments.

Taking specifically 100 ppm, have a look at the following publication.

We read of an "absence of significant toxic effects at sodium fluoride concentrations as high as 100 ppm."

So where did you get your idea from that "in water 100 ppm is deadly" and "100 ppm in water has killed"?

Anyway, who do you think will be so dehydrated that they will be forced to take a drink out of GGG's tailings dam?
