Resonance Health Analysis Services Gains Quality Management Certification

Resonance Health Ltd (ASX: RHT) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary,
Resonance Health Analysis Services Pty Ltd (RHAS), has been granted international Quality
Management System Certification, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003, by the Société
Générale de Surveillance (SGS) United Kingdom Ltd for its FerriScan® analysis services.
RHAS provides analysis for the determination of liver iron concentration in people with, or
suspected of having, iron overload disorders. SGS is a world leading inspection, verification,
testing and certification company and is recognised as a global benchmark for quality and
integrity. SGS UK is part of this group.
About ISO 9001 and ISO 13485:
ISO 9001:2000, Quality Management Systems - Requirements is an international standard that
provides guidance on the requirements for establishing a Quality Management System. ISO
13485:2003, Quality Systems – Medical Devices – Particular Requirements of the Application of
ISO 9001 applies these same Quality Management System principles to organisations that are
involved in the design and manufacture of medical devices.
