Yes agree JF clearly ties to any amounts in 2012 and whether PLV have %50 or all! To me that might make some difference to the books albeit retrospectively.

Seems to me it seems is WEG back in the game re Cockatoo which is disappointing and is no doubt why we cant meet deadlines. I reckon WEG can take us to the brink and gee they have done a good job to date of leading us there.
