I dont know how each announcement can come out and say they need another week, then that week passes and they request another week. It was clear last week that the CP werent going to be completed, agreed and documented in the previously announced timeline of 7 days.

For the best part of two months this is pretty much been going on.

Why not request a TH for a month or two and get things done? As far as i am aware there isnt any limitation on now long you can request a TH for.

I could tell two announcements ago that their negotiations werent going to be finalised and documented on time.

Saying you want 7 days and then not delivering does not help build credability or deliver certainty to shareholders.

Its becoming more frustrating than it should be.
