Tim - I got my answer re SS&T the 604 notice giving them a beneficial interest and voting rights in WEGS 20% holding is still current - I made some phone calls after I got fobbed of from ASX and ASIC :)
I did find odd that WEG never disputed it when it was issued particularly give that WEG told Tony they paid it back . seems it must have been a porkie.
