Hi SAS1,
I thought the width issue that was raised was regarding the highwall cutback. They were/are planning to do only a fairly narrow cutback which I think was narrower than normal and raised some safety issues. Perhaps someone like Pelm who is seems to be very knowledgable about mining might be able to help here.
