The importance of language folks. Endeavouring is the next best option to trying. Sounds like its a challenge and a struggle to state the obvious.
Documentation complex? Why is it complex?
What decisions, if any, have contributed to the complexity here?
Factors outside of the control of the company - so who has control of these factors?
And why do they have control of them?
Language still timid. Time frames still unclear. Leadership not evident.
Nobodys saying this is easy. It looks from afar that this has gotten way out of the control of the company.
The evidence has been and is clear, and its been articulated in this announcement.
PLV have perhaps done (and or are doing) their best - or possibly done something else.
Whatever that is, its clear the company is experiencing the results of the decisions it has made.
Lets not cast blame or personalise this. This is a theme now. I hope this thread doesn't deteriorate into its 'his' fault or 'their' fault.
It is what it is.
We need to look at results. The facts may not be evident - the results are.
The evidence tells us its "outside the control of this company"
As always, we give the company yet another opportunity to remove yet another bout of doubt and inability to conclude business deals and arrangements.
Its a tough time for shareholders. Lets keep the discussion and the respect here for all intact at a sensitive time for all concerned.
This can still work out very well for PLV shareholders.
