Another big chunk of approx 700k shares purchased @ 12:47 - this time @ 16.5c. It appears that whilst some are willing to sell @ less than 17c - there are individuals / entities keen to purchase large chunks @ such prices. I guess that's what makes a market - with or without manipulation.
