Although the SP declined today to 15.5c, it has recovered somewhat & seems content to 'tread water'.
Someone is still keen to buy. At 14:03hrs approx 890k shares were purchased @ 16.5c.
IMHO, it is important to note that that large purchase was not from a single seller who opted out of EVS at that price & with that volume.
Rather the purchase required approx twelve (12) sell orders to satisfy the large buy order.
