America further relaxes nuclear trade with India.

This gives PEN a big advantage over Australian producers., where our government still has strict limits on uranium export destinations.

It also broadens PEN's market, making PEN less vulnerable to local U.S. uranium over-supply as Nuclear Warheads are de-commissioned and Military uranium stockpiles are released onto the marketover the next three years or so. (See earlier news re. this)
