Does anyone have any more info the litigation, or is all the info under wraps?
In terms of Westrip and GGG I can only think of a few areas that GGG would care about:
1. the 30M odd shares in GGG
2. The 39%?? of the joint venture.
3. The exploration rights on the bits of the exploration license not covered by the joint venture
4. The offtake agreements for the REE.
(above based on the JV doc I found from 2007)
Or maybe GGG just hate the Westrip directors and this is a good chance to get them turfed out.
