Interesting to see the price where it is today, IMO.

Being that this is the first ever equity JV that RIO have ever entered into for Iron Ore, I would have thought that the market would have been more bullish.

Personally, I don't think that most of the market has a clue of whom or what AQD is and has. This I believe to be part of AQD’s plan and a credit to a great company.

I meet John Innes recently in a meeting, I queried this with him and his answer was "AQD will be able to prove what it has in just a short period of time", "then the market will react accordingly".

John is old school mining, his probably about 70 YO+ but has been involved in mining all his life and respected by all in the industry. The best example of Johns experience is this, he was asked to comment on other stocks in the industry to a bunch of leading professionals in the corp industry, when he spoke you could have heard a church mouse and the pens where out writing notes.

Here's a bit about his career.
John’s distinguished career extends over more than four decades within the Australian minerals industry, initially with BHP and subsequently with CRA. He was closely associated with the development of Hamersley Iron and in 1994 received the Clunies Ross National Science and Technology Award for his unique contributions in developing new iron and steelmaking technologies, including the HIsmelt process. He also held senior managerial roles across the CRA Group of companies with responsibility for engineering, research and development, new resource project evaluations and environmental auditing. Prior to retiring in 1997, John was a CRA Group Executive for 12 years and was Chairman of their Scientific Advisory Board. Throughout his career, John has held many Board positions including Chairman of the GKW Centre for Extractive Metallurgy, Chairman of XRT Ltd, Deputy Chairman of ANSTO as well as Director of Hamersley Iron, Pasminco, Normandy NFM Ltd, AMC and Ausmelt. Currently he is Non-Executive Director of the unlisted HIsmelt Corporation, and a founding director of the privately held Conarco Minerals Limited.

Most companies with nothing have to make big and bold statements to increase the share price, and in some cases they do, look at CAZ. Obviously AQD isnt one of those companies. Maybe their JV’s should have been with BHP, as there definitely the quite achievers.

I'll share some of what I know with you now as IMO this will be mega soon, so enjoy the read and good luck.

    1. Iron Ore
This is RIO’s first ever dual equity JV for Iron Ore with another company.

Nameless: The Inferred Channel is 15KM long, 200-600 wide, depth unknown. The word is that this is so huge that will put AQD on the map.
They will be able to use the existing rail line to export all Iron Ore (mega savings when comparing with other companies).
Drilling results being taken now and within 4-6 weeks they results will be released to the market, by then if you’re not in, than it will be too late.

Ask yourself a question, “why have RIO entered into an equity JV with AQD”?.

    2. Rocklea
In laments terms, Nameless is an Ocean and Rocklea is a Lake, all going well Rocklea should be able to generate 100’s of Millions. Now think about how big Nameless is.
RIO has first rights with AQD for Rocklea.

    3. Plenty River Diamond
    JV with RIO
Refer previous announcement, but RIO have elected to earn equity in the project.

The diamonds or the area that the potential diamonds are in, is very highly regarded as probable. This is due to the diamonds found in the region and the distance apart. The diamonds have rough edges which mean that they haven’t been blown from afar and the distance of discovery could mean that there is a potential vein that may be a mega discovery.
Once again, why did RIO choose to enter an equity JV with AQD?

    4. Table Hill
Believe it or not, Table Hill is what will put AQD on the World Map. The word is that if Nameless is worth billions than Table Hill is worth Zillions.
    JV with Falconbridge
Falconbridge are currently sourcing tenders for drilling the area, which means that it could start anywhere from July to Nov. If this is half as good as predicted than the sky is the limit.

    A couple of questions you should ask yourselves about any company before entering IMO;
    Q. Who are the Directors?
    Q. Are the Directors and or their families buying stock?
    Q. What is there plan and what effect will it have on the stock price? Short them and long term?
    Q. Are other companies investing in AQD and are those companies reputable?
I could go on, but that will do for the moment.

    Q. Who are the Directors?
    A.
    John Ashley
John is a director of Southern Geoscience Consultants (SGC), which he established in 1985, and is a former director of Aerodata Holdings and Conquest Mines NL (unlisted). John has 44 years experience as a geophysicist in the exploration industry with government agencies, exploration companies, and consulting companies and has worked in many countries. He has had signifi cant involvement in discoveries of uranium (El Sherana West), copper/lead/zinc (Prieska), gold (Red October, Ulysses). As a co-founder he now works solely for AusQuest.

    Graeme Drew
Graeme has over 30 years experience in the exploration industry in Australia and overseas. Prior to co-founding AusQuest he was an Exploration Manager for CRAE and Rio Tinto Exploration Pty Ltd in Western Australia (9 years) and Eastern Australia (4 years). He has wide experience in the search for, and evaluation of, most base and precious metals (notably nickel, gold, uranium, zinc, and diamonds). Graeme has developed a passion for the big picture and big project generation which he strongly believes are the building blocks for successful exploration outcomes. He has been involved in discoveries at Kintyre (uranium), Admiral Bay (lead/zinc), Honeymoon Well (nickel) plus gold deposits at Kirkalocka, Whistler and Ellen Dam.

Greg Hancoc (lol, his name is a profanity)
Mr Greg Hancoc is the Managing Director of Hancoc Corporate Investments Pty Ltd, a specialist corporate advisory and corporate finance practice formed in 1998. Mr Hancoc advises a number of listed West Australian companies and those seeking to list onto the Australian Stock Exchange. He is a member of the Companies and Markets Advisory Committee (CAMAC) of the Federal Government and is Chairman of Cooper Energy NL

    John Innnes
Q. Are the Directors and or their families buying stock?
    The top 20 shareholders include
    1. John Ashley – Director
    2. Graeme Drew – Director
    3. Barbara Drew – Probably Graeme wife
    4. Adam Drew and Pauline Ng – Probably Graeme’s brother
    5. Graeme and Barbara – Director, joint investment

I can’t say for the others because there not on my list, but announcement indicate Directors are buying shares recently.

    Q. What is there plan and what effect will it have on the stock price? Short them and long term?
As mentioned above. IMO there short term plan is Nameless and Long-term in Table Hill. The others are just icing on the cake.

    Q. Are other companies investing in AQD and are those companies reputable?
I could go on, but that will do for the moment.
RIO and Falconbridge are very reputable and wouldn’t be involved in AQD unless it effected there bottom line.

Remember that most of the above is my interpretation of how I see this company, you should investigate AQD for yourself if you’re using this for any other purpose.

Hope it helps and go AQD.
