Yes, as per statement "rate of one well per month per rig for two rigs", it makes 24 wells per year but I went for conservative estimate. I think HC might not dedicate both rigs for Austin farmed-out acreages and drill usually take more than 30 days. It may reach 24 well per year once Petromax starts drilling at the same rate.
