    They struggling to secure any finance at the moment !

    The company should've secured the major finance before telling investors about their growth plans for the next 12-36 months.
    They have basically tried propping up the share price by releasing non-announcements such as yesterday's independent report and the one last week about drilling two new wells fully funded.
