I am inclined to share your take on it all. The only concern I have is the last capital raising which took me completely by surprise!
"Fully funded" - "Cash Flow Positive" seem to be the words we hear then suddenly out of the blue - BAM! An SPP!
...and then there is this consolidation monkey I try not to think about which was also raised by another poster.
But last and not least my gut feeling tells me there is something in that announcement which the market doesn't like. We were flying until that was released.
Maybe those more sophisticated investors saw something I couldn't see. Perhaps they realised the money in the bank, debt and valuation didn't stack up in some way and/or that a CR was inevitable.
All the news released by companies appears to be good or great but to some people, it foreshadows something not so positive.
