In the course of a day we have the boggie men of CR's , consolidations and takeovers and thats on a day when we have recieved an inkling of what most small cap shale drillers dream of, continuous drilling by a top operator in prime EFS land proceeded by a very good reserves report and funding close at hand and thats without our biggest project at Pathfinder even being mentioned.
We have run hard and fast recently and a pull back was certainly due but the news just keeps getting better for this Company, the production figures are set to rise dramatically in the next year or two even with 6 EFS wells a year not to mention 12 or dare I say it 24 plus our other projects and so will debt and income, although income will lag behind production with the 4 free carries not contributing to income for a while . However every HC well from now on contributes immediately.
We are not drilling Wildcats here in untested land with a cowboy operator this much more like a mini AUT....
On a risk reward basis the Company is very much favouring reward IMO
