Look over at SUR - Ouchies! Another C.R announced today!

I got out of SUR when they rallied back to 8 cents or so. Since then they have undergone heavy dilution and at just 1 cent have a bloated Market Cap of 40 million odd.

*whew* glad i got out.

I threw the proceeds into AKK and paid 2.4 cents! Since then AKK halved on me - lol Lucky she is back a bit.

RFE was another sad story. I bought in between 40 cents to 90 cents, way back when and now look at it!

RFE later carried a debt facility and are now in deep trouble as a going concern.

So hoping AKK will be the star but yeah still worried about funding. If they keep diluting to pay for their development (or consolidate then dilute again and again) the market cap will bloat out to match their increased value. Debt runs the risk of RFE, except that Halcon are a reliable operator albeit expensive.

So shareholders get no capital growth while management and contractors get to keep their jobs.

The best strategy is to get taken over by someone cashed up to develop our assets!
