    I believe it's 50% with and option to take 70% by funding all the way to BFS stage. However you should read the JV ann in full as there's a part in there about how they have the option to select a certain number of blocks from whole set (excluding the 4 in the NW area) so IIRC even if they exercise the option they won't get the whole area. Very favourable terms IMHO.
