Further Q&A, page-33

Wow... just wow! Having a read through the "Further Q&A" this morning I am astonished at how it derailed. What a show of disrespect towards the company. Don't get me wrong, I have my grievances with management but if a company is happy to come onto an online forum (which you can never win debates) and answer questions directly from those that seem to vehemently hate the company so much deserves a bit of credit in my book.

To me- it signals from the company "stop spreading mis-truths, and we're happy to meet you head on to discuss your issues". That's not bad when you consider most of us on here are happy to hide behind the anonymity of a keyboard, for it's easy to bash and contradict everything that's said.

Just wait to see how this post is dissected!
