Much much more happening behind the closed doors here, MS dumping did not suggest all is well, given the sp and the requirement for the sp to be far higher to achieve his performance shares.

I currently am not in support of a split off of assests and will be looking at any deal put very close. In fact if I feel needed I will be addressing any split of Rare Earths off direct with FIRB board as the undertakings to gain the Sell off to ECE in the first place had Rare Earth conditions and splitting off may just be seen as a means of trying to get around it.

This company has so much potential but they are failing us at present IMO.
