    I think the question should be what is the market cap, as shares on issue is only a factor in the market cap of the co. sp x shares on issue = MC

    The shares on issue appears to be around 1.6b, but market cap is only around $54m
    $10M in the bank
    JORC 530,000oz (so far, watch this space)
    JORC value (conservative) around $212M (@AUD400/oz)

    very rough figures
    $212m - $54m
    = $158m shortfall for the sp to reflect current JORC only


    Any input welcomed to these rough numbers
