No date for appeal announcement known yet. The trading halt was for the funding proposal announcement, but the halt would have been lifted tomorrow if no announcement was made.
CMQ still as risky as ever, the appeal announcement could be made any day now and this proposal lapses if the judgement is made before May 31.
CMQ can't withdraw their appeal because the original judgement against them would then stand, allowing the bondholders to go for immediate liquidation.
Given the high liklelyhood that the appeal will go against CMQ, and the judgement will happen before May 31, it's amazing to see buyers getting sucked in yet again at higher shareprice!
