    All tears I am afraid.

    Heard yesterday that the Marine Company "Go Offshore" were interested in NMS, this may have resulted in the further delay.

    The other issue is who really wants to buy these shares to help raise capital, pay off debt and provide operating capital.

    Word is Marine and Civil owe NMS a lot of money and the NMS Trident work for Apache was a disaster and they will loose money on that job as well.
