Sorry no one answered your question harymeso. I will give you my thoughts as a starter and hope SOMEONE might correct me if incorrect. I note that someone said Celgene were talking to msb for some 18 mths! Interesting that that time line coincides with the purchase of Osiris! Anyway back to the question, I suggest that the 18 mth discussion would be only clarification of general info released to the public. I expect due diligence enquiries would commence on payment for shares and go six months and only extend to GVHD, chrones, transplant and certain ontological diseases. If this is incorrect someone might advise you further? Strange they did not display interest in say RA or other lines. Pleased if they would deal for the lot.
