    hi seargent, the ann. says Brencorp is a privately owned investment company that was previosly a significent investor in Patrick Corporation. sounds pretty substantial to me, is it pratts business arm?
    CUS to me, is getting itself involved with significent business partners, i would say baker is behind it, he is a business genius.
