I hope you can come up with some credible counter in my view on the tailings. But don't get me wrong, i think that 28c (max) estimate on this project is a good start to NMR valuation!
But i suggest that the other holdings of NMR are actually much more exciting, and i am very disappointed that management has decided to put them on the side in terms of putting more effort into exploration and providing news. I just think the company doesn't have a real focus to putting out announcement nor has a timetable that relates actions into news. My thought is that in the hands of real go-getters we would not be sitting around wondering what the tailings are worth! I'm not sure if the corporate management have had a lot of real exploration experience, nor much company marketing experience.
