Re: Further Update on Details of Bandanna Coal Projects.
Enterprise Energy Limited (“Enterprise”) has received the following coal quality results from
EPC 891 – Springsure Creek, located in the Bowen Basin, Queensland. This permit is owned by
Springsure Creek Coal Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bandanna Coal Pty Ltd
(“Bandanna”) and as such forms part of the proposed transaction announced to the ASX on 7
May 2008.
Under the proposed transaction Enterprise has agreed to acquire all issued shares in Bandanna,
subject to certain conditions, including shareholder approval, with a General Meeting of
Shareholders having been called for 11 am (CST) on Monday 15 September 2008 at the Hilton
Hotel, 233 Victoria Square Adelaide, S.A .
