Something better? Competitors can only offer new small iterations to upcoming valves (see Sapien X4).
The only threat would be a one piece non-bioprosphetic (spelling?) valve. I guess everybody, including us, is working on that. But at this point in time, Sapien X4 appears to be our future main competitor in 2027-28....
