No point in being listed if investors aren't interested a
or don't know about the company. Shareholder marketing is an important part of running any company, especially a publicly listed company. Obviously they can't mislead and deceive but they can do things such as attend investor conferences, engage with fundies, pay for broker reports/new articles and other investor relations activities. Of course company performance is most important, but shareholder relations is also quite important
