I think Anteris does a top-notch job promoting the company (they should with 2 IR people on staff). Frequent video and text interviews with Wayne, events with doctors, keeping the website and Twitter relativel updated including with recent analyst reports, presentations to institutional investors. It's always a balance because first and foremost Wayne and the doctors have their own duties to handle and it's not a good idea to have the CEO constantly pumping the company in public appearances like you'll sometimes see with small companies. Oversharing breeds distrust in the CEO and investors tuning out the message.
And it's always important to remember that CEO's and IR departments can only swing a limited amount of influence because the market has a mind of its own.
