Can you please point me to where I can read that policy before I go on? This is the closest I've found on AVR website https://anteristech.com/content/dam/anteristechnologies/documents/financial-reports/governance/Anteris_Remuneration_Committee_Charter-2022.pdf which seems to be more fluff than substance
