Thanks for that explanation Gussington. Does explain it very well. As a small investor I look at the value of my investment rather than what percentage of the company I own. Personally I hope that the CEO makes millions from conversion of his options because that means that I will do all right too so in that regard I consider that the CEO's interests are aligned with mine.
