Except you're not mr businessman (I'm wagering real estate agent?) with family in science, medicine and research. And a cardiologist wouldn't need to name-drop. But if you have since got your cardiology fellowship, you should by now be making inroads into that AVR loss. Interventional cardiologists are usually rolling in it, moreso than non-interventional.
