You know full well that in this game perception is a powerful tool but only until someone looks deeper or plants the seed of doubt on the perception you are portraying. Then it pops like a kids balloon.

I would welcome a merger but in the public space where us little guys can have some sort of protection through increased transparency. Transparency is a problem already and going private will be even worse going into business with someone like Toad.
