One thing is for certain, MF must be shown the door after that Mumbwa carried interest howler. Too many mistakes like this have happened and the guy was simply paid too much money to make a mistake like this for that long. The reality is that he either 1. knew that it was not a free carried interest and withheld this information from shareholders – in which case he was/is a liar or 2. he had no idea about his mistake in which case he is a moron. Either way, I cannot see a place for him on the board after this.
One thing is for certain, MF must be shown the door after that...
