you dont the hospital board should. the poor nurses are getting lumbered with the flow on from the insatiable middle management bureaucrats who make em beg for blankets and lightbulbs. Meanwhile budget overflows make them feel guilty so they quit. this happens not only in hospitals but schools, public transport, police force and so it goes. History has proven that governments, particularly labour ones cannot run a bath. Here in nsw the only industry that has prospered in the past 10 years is the white collar industry. so much so that despite copius amounts of revenue from gst, poker machine tax, land tax etc, this government has managed to ruin every utility that it runs and barely balance the budget. it is beyond the comprehension of any rational thinking human being
