An announcement in relation to the Tomingley environmental assessment should not be too far away.
The company has recently stated that it is improving recoveries with its RE products. Testing continues at the pilot plant. I guess the DFS will be released after the testing is complete.
As for the MOU for RE's, negotiations are continuing. Although it would be nice to have something in ink im sure the company is looking to secure the best possible deal and if that takes a few more months so be it. Expectation is that end users for the RE MOU's could also be involved with finance, which makes negotiations rather more complex.
